Yan is the best! We worked with her to sell our house when we moved out of state. She went above and beyond to take care of the house during the sales period. She coordinated repairs and cosmetic improvements with very little effort from us. This was particularly helpful when were already out of state. Yan is a go-getter who helped us in every facet of the sale of our two properties, one a waterfront home and one an adjacent riverfront lot. She did it all—the photography for the listings, some home maintenance that included ordering and replacing electrical lighting in the bathrooms and updating the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms with new handles, and finding buyers for our two properties. She had the expertise to stage our house as well but took the time to walk through the home with an architect who said the house would sell itself without staging, which it certainly did. Yan did a pre-listing walkthrough and made several suggestions for improvements and found a contractor who quickly completed the improvements at a reasonable price. Yan is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, promptly returns your texts and phone calls, and keeps you in the loop during the whole selling process. Our properties were unique and she did an excellent job providing us with similar listings and helping us to fix prices on our properties.
