Racia Lawson, REALTOR®

The House Store | Every Move Matters

Real estate has been a part of Racia Lawson’s life since 1998. What started with a love of looking at houses, helping people and having the flexibility that a career in real estate offered has grown into a career built on experience, relationships, knowledge and service.

A Roane County native with deep roots in the community, Racia has also called Knoxville home for the past 15 years. Her knowledge of both communities and the surrounding areas gives her a unique perspective on the local real estate market and the people she serves.

With more than 25 years of experience in real estate and a Broker’s License since 2016, Racia brings experience in negotiation, problem-solving and navigating the many moving parts of a real estate transaction. She also serves as Office Manager at The House Store, where she is involved in agent training and supporting the growth and development of other REALTORS®.

Racia believes that you never stop learning. She continues to pursue education and professional development so she can stay informed and continue providing knowledgeable, dependable service to her clients. Her professional designations and education include GRI – Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and e-PRO certification. She is a member of the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS®, Tennessee Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.

Relationships That Go Beyond the Transaction

For Racia, real estate is about much more than a contract and a closing table. It is about relationships.

Through years of networking and involvement in the real estate community, she has built relationships with trusted professionals throughout the industry—including lenders, home inspectors, insurance professionals, contractors and other service providers. Those relationships allow her to help connect clients with trusted resources when they need a painter, roofer, plumber, HVAC professional or other service after the transaction.

Racia also hosts the weekly real estate podcast Keys to the Market, where she brings in industry professionals to provide valuable information for buyers, sellers, investors, homeowners and renters. Guests have included lenders, inspectors, insurance professionals, plumbers, HVAC professionals and others who help consumers better understand the many aspects of real estate and homeownership.

Community Matters

Giving back is an important part of who Racia is. She has been involved in a variety of community organizations and initiatives throughout the years, including Chamber of Commerce leadership and committees, Junior Achievement, Roane County Leadership, Relay for Life and other local community efforts.

She believes that being a REALTOR® means being invested in the communities you serve—not simply conducting business in them.

Racia is proud to be part of The House Store, a Veteran-Owned, independent, full-service real estate brokerage. The company’s commitment to relationships, service and community aligns closely with the way she believes real estate should be done.

Beyond Real Estate

Outside of work, Racia enjoys spending time with her husband, their three children and their growing family of grandchildren—soon to be five! She is also a proud dog mom to Nash, her best furry friend.

Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, relocating, looking for a rental, or simply have questions about your next move, Racia believes the process should begin with trust, dependability and a conversation.

Integrity. Hard work. Knowledge. Relationships. Service.

Because when it comes to real estate, Every Move Matters.

Aaron moved from California to Tennessee and went to Hardin Valley Academy in Knoxville. He’s very knowledgeable of local roads, communities, amenities, and demographics.

Cheryl Richey is an Affiliate Broker specializing in investor properties.  She has been a real estate investor for over 20 years and operates as Richey Properties LLC. Her specialty is finding distressed properties for remodeling or wholesaling to other investors.

With great interests in real estate market and investment, interior design, landscape design, and photography, I switched my career from engineering to real estate. I have been a Knoxville resident for 20 years and am familiar with the East Tennessee area.

When I list your house for sale, I help you get the house ready for sale by focusing on the essentials that help increase the value of your home and get them addressed at a minimum cost. I provide free staging consultation and recommendations for both interior design and landscaping. Professional photography, aerial photography, and video services are free as well. Almost all buyers first look at the photos on the Internet before they arrange a showing. Real estate photography is the first and the most important impression that attracts buyers to see a house in person.

Are you looking for your dream house or a property to invest? As a homeowner and a house flipper, I understand the needs both ways. I speak fluent English and Chinese, and have gained proficient people skills in communication and negotiation from the 15+ years of working experience in the U.S. Do you want to know your house’s marketing value? Call me now and I will provide a realtor’s estimate based on a complete market database and the latest marketing trends, for free.

Caroline understands the importance of a great Realtor to a homeowner (or investor) who’s in the process of buying or selling a home. She believes and practices the three virtues of a great real estate agent: knowledge, responsibility, and patience. Knowledge spans everything from local market climate, neighborhood demographics, down to the detailed condition of a property, and how various factors vary depending on if you are buying or selling a property as a home owner or a real estate investor. Responsibility is about always putting the interest of the client she represents at the top of each decision to be made during the entire buying/selling process. Patience is to listen to her client’s specific needs, answering each and every question, and ensuring that the most informed decision is ultimately made that generates the best value for her client. Caroline’s prior engineering and accounting careers have brought her the discipline to always attend to details that matter, which adds value to her clients. At home, other than regular household chores, she loves regularly inspecting her own residence, identifying and fixing any problems that arise during the normal course of home ownership. Regardless of if you are a home owner or a residential real estate investor; please give her a call now because you deserve the best-of-the-breed service she will provide you!
