Lead-Based Paint Disclosure
First, don’t worry. This isn’t a deterrent for buyers. This is more prevalent that you think. You’ll be asked to sign a disclosure saying that you are aware of its presence in detail and that you’d like to make the buyer aware as well. This also allows the buyer 10 days to test the home.
